Dr. Williams works with Catholic parishes, dioceses, seminaries, and organizations to build capacity at the intersection of mental health and Catholic life. Her consulting and speaking draw on over two decades of clinical experience, her research and publication record, and a decade in parish ministry and leadership.

 

For Parishes and Dioceses

 

Helping ministry teams recognize and respond to mental health needs, designing and supporting healing ministries, and training clergy and lay leaders in psychological skills for pastoral care. Dr. Williams has consulted for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston and served as an invited speaker for Evangelize Boston.

 

For Seminaries and Clergy Formation Programs

 

Addressing the psychological dimensions of priestly wellness, men's mental health and emotional functioning, and the clinical-spiritual interface in pastoral care. Dr. Williams presented at the Summer Conference Series for Clergy at St. John's Seminary, Brighton, and has published clinically on men's emotional health and treatment.

 

For Catholic Organizations and Ministries

 

Workshops, retreats, and training on compassion-based evangelization, trauma-informed ministry, mental health awareness, and the integration of psychological and spiritual wellbeing. Recent engagements include work with Divine Renovation as a Parish Renewal Guide.
