At times I work with individuals who want to incorporate their spiritual beliefs and practices into treatment. Based on my experience with these clients, this website integrates faith and psychology and is presented for those with a Christian or spiritually open worldview. It represents one perspective among many that help adapt psychological practices in ways that are culturally or spiritually congruent for some individuals. It may not be a fit for others, and readers are encouraged to discern its fit for them. All should seek care from providers who will respect their beliefs, and at times it is ideal to seek care from a provider who shares your spiritual, cultural, or other backgrounds.
